	Description
	Built c 1780, on watermill site since the 11th century, this is a characteristic Leicestershire watermill with an overshot waterwheel, 
	2 pairs of stones and other machines.  
	Restored some 15 years ago, it now works and sells 40 different kinds of flour and 8 types of muesli by mail order and through local shops.
